The Alliance Alive - Character Trailer III

Introducing Gene the Signimancer, Rachel the Mercenary and Tiggy "The Genius Professor"

First up, we have Gene, a signimancer which is a special type of mage that uses artifacts to wield magic, who belongs to the Signimancy Guild. He tends to look at the big picture and avoids acting emotionally. He is valued by the Daemons for his knowledge and eloquence. Next, we have Rachel, a mercenary employed by the Signimancy Guild. She's the opposite of Gene, with a fiery temperament, impulsively acting as soon as an idea pops into her head. She often argues with Gene because of their contrasting viewpoints. Though they argue, Gene and Rachel do set their views aside to fight for the cause. Finally, we have Tiggy, a young girl researching the global threat called the "Dark Current." She calls herself "The Genius Professor" and has used her intellect to create strange inventions. Don't underestimate these inventions just because of their silly animal looks ... monsters can't stand against them!

From The Legend of Legacy developer FURYU Corporation and launching March 27, 2018 The Alliance Alive can be pre-ordered now for $39.99 (with commensurate European pricing). The game will come out physically and digitally in the Americas and digitally in Europe.

Pokémon Crystal Coming to Nintendo eShop on Nintendo 3DS
Pokémon Crystal Coming to Nintendo eShop on
Nintendo 3DS on Jan. 26

When it launched in Japan 17 years ago, Pokémon Crystal introduced many new and exciting elements to the beloved Pokémon franchise. The game, an expanded version of the popular Pokémon Gold and Pokémon Silver games, was the first in the Pokémon franchise to allow players to choose between a boy or girl playable character, as well as being the first game to introduce animations during Pokémon battles.

Now this groundbreaking game is coming to Nintendo eShop on the Nintendo 3DS family of systems on Jan. 26 for only $9.99.*

On the day it launches, Pokémon Crystal will also be compatible with Pokémon Bank, a paid service that lets players bring select Pokémon from classic core games to the newest core games in the series. With the addition of Pokémon Crystal to this service, it is now possible for players to bring Pokémon from all 29 core games in the series to Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon.

In this version of Pokémon Crystal, players will also have the chance to encounter the mythical Pokémon Celebi in an event after completing the game. In the original Pokémon Crystal game, Celebi could only be obtained by using a special accessory.

As with the Nintendo eShop editions of Pokémon Gold and Pokémon Silver, Pokémon Crystal will take advantage of the wireless communication capabilities of the Nintendo 3DS family of systems, allowing players to enjoy Link Trades and Link Battles with each other. With the Time Capsule feature, players can even trade and battle Pokémon from Pokémon Red, Pokémon Blue and Pokémon Yellow: Special Pikachu Edition, which are all also available in Nintendo eShop on Nintendo 3DS.

Fans also have the option to play Pokémon Crystal on a New Nintendo 2DS XL system that resembles an iconic Poké Ball. The Poké Ball Edition New Nintendo 2DS XL system can be purchased in stores at a suggested retail price of $159.99. (The Pokémon Crystal game and Poké Ball Edition New Nintendo 2DS XL system are sold separately.)

Watch the Daemonic Character Trailer
We've already introduced some of the human characters in our previous trailer, but let's talk about some of the more colorful members of the group. And by colorful, we mean Daemonic. Yes, you read that correctly; there are good Daemons that want to join the fight to help free Humanity!

First up, we have the mighty, no-nonsense, Beastfolk Barbarosa. Although he was once used as an instrument of war by the Daemons to enslave humanity, he is now a key member of the Night Ravens resistance group. His skills with an axe and loyalty to his friends are valuable assets in the battles to come. Up next, we have the dynamic duo of Vivian and Ignace. Vivian is a fox-like Daemon from another world who wishes to learn more about the curious creatures known as humans. She's a compassionate being that harbors no ill-will towards other species, but don't let her bubbly and friendly disposition fool you. Vivian is an extremely powerful sorceress who won't hesitate to use her powers for good. Finally, we have Vivian's servant, Ignace. Even though he's extremely pompous towards non-Daemons and clashes with some members of the party, his loyalty to Vivian is unwavering. Plus, he's pretty good in a scrap, so never count him out!

Check out the Daemonic trio in action in the new trailer below!

Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology - Battle System

Take Control of the Battlefield
in Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology

Learn the Ins and Outs of the Battle System
with this New Trailer!

In Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology, it takes a well thought out strategy to maximize your attacks because the battle system is more than a simple turn-based mechanic. Here is what you can do to turn the system to your advantage:
  • Maneuver adversaries around the battle grid
  • Strike multiple foes in one attack
  • Shift your enemy or team's attack order to take full advantage of capabilities using the change command
  • Receive combat aid with new support skills
  • Finish off opponents with a devastating blow using mana burst abilities
Watch these tactics in action in our new Battle System trailer!

Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology features:
  • An Enhanced Retelling of the Original - You'll once again take the reins of Alistel operative Stocke as he unlocks the power of the White Chronicle relic and gains the ability to travel between two alternate timelines. With his new-found powers, Stocke will need to right the wrongs of the past in order to prevent the total annihilation of the world. This time though, things are a bit different. Redesigned character art, new character voice-overs, a brand-new opening animation by A-1 Pictures, new theme song, event illustrations, five new tracks from original composer Yoko Shimomura, and additional difficulty settings will enhance the experience in this fresh take of a beloved story.
  • Exhilarating New Story Content - Stocke will now encounter a mysterious new character named Nemesia who will teach him more about his world's history and unlock a third timeline to explore the ripple effect of some of his actions with episodic "what-if" scenarios. If you're a Radiant Historia purist who simply wants to play through the original game's story, we have you covered! Perfect Chronology offers two different modes: Append and Perfect. Append mode allows you to beat the original game before having the option to start a NewGame+ with the added content, while Perfect mode lets you play through the game with the inclusion of the third timeline from the beginning.
  • A Classic That Can't Be Missed - Even though there's an abundance of expanded content to delve into, the heart and soul of Radiant Historia remains the same. If you missed out on the original game in 2011, the upcoming port is the perfect chance to play a modern classic. With an exciting positioning-based battle system, memorable characters, and thrilling time-travel mechanics, Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology is an essential for JRPG fans.

Those who pre-order or snag limited launch copies of Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology will be able to commemorate their escapades through different timelines with some pretty nifty goodies (Americas only). There'll be an exclusive art book (we'll reveal more details in the future) and a decal set that features some key figures from the game like the stoic Alistel agent Stocke, faithful confidants Raynie and Marco, the tough-as-nails Rosch, and other familiar faces. Changing the course of history isn't easy, so use the art book and decals to remember everything that is and could have been. Those of you in Europe who pre-order or grab limited launch copies will receive an art book tucked inside the game case.

Change History Again in Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology, Available on Feb. 13 in the Americas and Feb. 16 in Europe

Also, Learn How to Make History... History With the New Trailer!

Get ready to unlock the mystical powers of the White Chronicle and save Alistel once again because Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology is arriving to the Americas on Feb. 13 and Europe on Feb. 16! For those of you who missed out, Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology is an expanded port of the beloved classic that contains added gameplay/story content, updated presentation, and new ways to experience the adventures of Stocke and friends! It will be available physically and digitally for the Nintendo 3DS™ for $39.99 (with commensurate European prices).

Learn how you can change the fate of the world with the White Chronicle in the new trailer below!
